Biography

Kladiola Gjini holds a doctoral degree in economics from the University of Tirana, Albania, which she obtained in 2019. She has been working as a lecturer and researcher at the economics department of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Elbasan since 2011. Throughout her academic journey, Kladiola has displayed a keen interest in combining various fields of study in a creative and interdisciplinary manner.

Kladiola’s professional career is marked by her active involvement in numerous projects both within and outside of Albania. These projects have required her to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, effective coordination abilities, and adept networking capabilities. Additionally, she has engaged in intensive communication with both foreign and domestic partners to ensure successful collaboration.

On a personal level, Kladiola is known for her unwavering perseverance, high motivation, and ambitious nature.
