Abstract

Business organizations are the economic driver of society, and the realization of profit is their primary responsibility. However, in the current business climate, social issues become so important that corporate social responsibility is becoming a new field for competitive success. The biggest challenge for modern organizations is to develop CSR policies and practices to help develop the organization. The pursuit of the interests of all stakeholders has an impact in building all the dimensions of the organizational strategy.
