Biography

Barbara Borusiak – an associate professor at Poznan University of Economics and Business (Poland), head of the Department of Commerce and Marketing in the Institute of Marketing, member of the scientific board of the Poznań University of Economics and Business publishing house and of Academic Advancement Board, head of doctoral study programme at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, participant of several Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership projects, coordinator of international project “Central European Network for Sustainable and Innovative Economy”, financed by Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange, local coordinator of CEEPUS programme, leader of Sustainable food consumption group within Consumer Perception working group of Global Harmonization Initiative Specializes in marketing, commerce, and consumer behavior.

Most interested in systems of distribution, retail store formats, alternative retail formats and sustainability.

Currently conducts research on the sustainable consumption mainly. Head of the Foundation “Magazyn Dobra” – the owner of a charity store in Poznań.
